These specially designed, gentle, weighted hands help recreate the feeling of being held, offering warmth, comfort, and a sense of security when parents can’t be bedside 24/7.
Blankets
At Bracelets for Babies, every bracelet you purchase helps us provide Isolatte blankets to premature babies in the NICU. These special blankets are designed to gently cover and protect the tiniest infants, helping regulate their temperature and shield them from bright lights and overstimulation

CEO & Big Brother
A 16-year-old with a sharp eye for business, proudly serves as CEO of his family’s fund. Inspired by his twin brother and sister, who were born at just 28 weeks when he was only 4, Lucas helped launch the fund to support babies and families in neonatal intensive care.

Today, he oversees the website, operations, and strategic growth with the kind of drive you’d expect from someone twice his age. Equal parts big brother and budding entrepreneur, Lucas proves that heart and hustle can make a real difference.
Caily Ray
Chief Development Officier & Former 28 week Premie
Started life as a tiny fighter, born at just 28 weeks and spending three months in the NICU, but today she’s a powerhouse of creativity and heart. As Chief Development Officer of the family fund, she’s the hands-on energy driving the production and sale of comfort items that bring joy to families.
With a flair for marketing and a love for connecting with the community, Caily makes sure the foundation’s mission shines bright. She’s proof that big impact can come from small beginnings, and she brings both determination and a spark of fun to everything she does.
Hayden Ray
Director of Family Engagement & Former 28 week Premie
Born just one minute older than his twin sister Caily, he never misses a chance to remind everyone of it! Born at 28 weeks and spending four tough months in the NICU with multiple surgeries, Hayden’s resilience shines through in everything he does.

Now serving as Director of Family Engagement and Programs, Hayden is the go-to guy for families—listening to their needs, coordinating comfort items, and making sure support services reach those who need them most. With his mix of heart and determination, Hayden proves that even the “older twin” can bring a lot of warmth and leadership to the family fund.
